Real Bride – Gwawr
Now some of you might know our next bride… It is Gwawr Edwards the famous welsh opera singer and her husband Dan from Only Men Aloud at the Hammet House. Gwawr knew straight away that she was going to struggle to find the dress that she wanted as she liked different components of each dress. She knew that a bespoke dress was the answer…… so that is when she got in touch with us!! Huw himself had a design consultation with Gwawr, Huw then came up with some sketches and fabric choices to tie in all of Gwawr’s ideas to create her vision. Gwawr had some beautiful White Silk Duchess satin, with delicate chantilly lace as added detail. She had these gorgeous v lace panels and the side of the dress, which was a very unique design idea. The dress was finished off with the hand sewn encrusted sparkle belt and straps to match beautifully which cross to the low back. This dress was exquisite from every angle. We brought the design into life, and created Gwawr’s dream dress!
